Hiring a General Laborer to perform a variety of manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This position involves assisting with daily operations, material handling, and general site maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Perform general manual labor tasks as assigned
Lift and move materials
Load and unload vehicles
Assist with digging, refilling holes, mowing, trimming, and basic equipment operations
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Entry-level candidates welcome (0–4 years of experience)
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
Ability to lift and move materials up to 30 lbs
Must be reliable and able to follow safety instructions
Work Environment:
Outdoor/manual labor environment
Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and changing weather conditions
PPE Required:
Steel-toe boots recommended
Safety vest and other site-required PPE may be required
