Get paid hourly and/or per bottle.
Hourly rate $15-$20/hour. Or per bottle rate at $.50-$.75/ bottle. I and others can make 60+ bottles in an hour. Get paid as fast as you can make them.
Work when you want. Ideally sometime between 11am and 5pm M-F. After a couple weeks you can work from home if you want and just bring the bottles in.
