• Lawn maintenance & landscaping
• Initial secure & rekey
• Winterization
• Debris removal & trash outs
• Roofing, plumbing, drywall, siding, and fencing repairs
• Interior, exterior cleaning (maid/sales clean)
• Flooring, painting, and general repairs

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Complete property preservation and maintenance work orders
• Provide accurate before/during/after photos for each task
• Submit detailed bids for additional repairs as needed
• Follow all client instructions and deadlines carefully

🔧 Required Tools & Equipment:
• Lawn mower, weed eater, hedge trimmer, blower, etc.
• Hand tools and cleaning supplies
• Truck and trailer (for debris removal)
• Generator, air compressor, and smartphone with internet
• Common supplies: padlocks, lockboxes, lumber, RV antifreeze, tarps, etc.
