Looking for someone experienced and detail-oriented to help clean out a large commercial smoker at a restaurant. The job involves removing built-up grease, ash, and residue to ensure the smoker is safe, sanitary, and ready for heavy use.
You should be comfortable working with heavy equipment and cleaning products, and ideally have prior experience with restaurant smokers, BBQ pits, or similar equipment.
We’ll provide cleaning supplies, but if you have specialized tools or methods that make the job easier, that’s a plus.
This is a one-time job, but could lead to future opportunities for ongoing cleaning/maintenance help. Would need your service on the 16th morning- afternoon.
