20 ft. porch roof was installed improperly and leaks where it meets the house roof.
I need you to do these tasks:
1) peel back shingles
2) lay down water shield
3) install flashing
4) lay shingles back down
5) any waterproofing that may need to be done.
TOTAL PRICE IS A “BID” OF $360 FLAT FEE (based on $45 per hour, for an eight hour day). Must be done properly. Will check if it’s waterproof (with hose) before payment is made.
This job should take you one day.
