Project Overview
* Dimensions: Approximately 6.5' x 6.5' x 6.5' (including roof).
* Current State: Basic wooden structure. The main support frame/foundation is rock solid, but the siding, flooring, and roof need full replacement.
* Design: Keeping it simple and similar to the current design. No insulation, no drywall, and no electrical.
Scope of Work
* Demolition: Remove and dispose of existing sides, floorboards, and roofing material.
* Reinforcement: Replace select bolts/screws and minor lumber on the main support frame if needed.
* Reconstruction: * Install new flooring.
* Build/install 4 new walls (matching existing footprint).
* Install mesh-style windows.
* Construct a new roof finished with tin or asphalt shingles.
Materials & Payment
* Materials: I will work with the winning bidder to create a shopping list and will pay for all materials directly.
* Labor: Please provide a Fixed Fee Bid for the total labor of the project.

* No Walkthroughs: To keep this simple, I will not be scheduling pre-bid walkthroughs. Please base your bid on the provided description and attached photos.
