Bluebonnet Turf Co (formerly known as The Cut Lawn Care) is looking for someone to come hangout with us. This person is easy to be around, has a good attitude, prefers to work with nature, and prefers to be outside in the elements, rather than be stuck indoors all day staring at a clock on the wall.

We need only one person to help mow, edge and blow from Mon-Thurs each week. Yes, 3 day weekends! but we can swing more work your way if you need more hours no problem…

Please have at least enough experience with how to start small engines, how to use a push mower, and how to blow off driveways and sidewalks. Dont waste peoples time because you will be handed a string trimmer and/ or walk mower in the first minute of arriving and if you cant start those and at least use them at a moderate pace you’ll be kindly asked to leave.

Dont be nervous. If you lack ample experience, our crew leader is happy to coach teachable young men that have a good mindset and a respectful attitude. Please note we are 100% drug and alcohol free work environment. Problems with this will be detected early on.

Has reliable transportation (MUST HAVE ability to meet us at headquarters near bagdad road and lakeline blvd in Leander every morning at 7:00am no exceptions)
No active drug, alcohol, or partying problems
Likes team work - youll be working side by side with an experienced lawn professional

This is an entry level position, but pay will be higher for candidates showing more advanced skill
level.

Background will be checked and a certain image must be maintained. We work at peoples private residences and they trust Bluebonnet.

Must be okay with running door flyers at times and putting out signs.
