Looking for handyman or handywoman very experienced with mobile homes. We currently have 3 mobile homes in need of moderate repair and we are looking to expand our list of mobile home experienced handymen and handywomen. We are not looking for one time help. We are looking to develop a win-win relationship for many mobile home rehabs moving forward.

Requirements:
Must have own tools.
Must have transportation.
Must have extensive mobile home experience and know your way around mobile home rehabs.
Must have a proactive attitude.

Repairs needing fixed: You should be familiar with most of these below.

Holes and soft spots in subfloor.

Moderate plumbing repairs under home and in master bathroom sink and shower.

Fix leaks in ceiling and skylight.

Minor electrical.

Install carpet or linoleum flooring.

Remove junk.

Paint.

Broken windows.

Repair drywall.

Remove mold where needed.

Building steps or a deck in front of the home.
