Looking for an experienced HVAC technician or mini-split installer to install a new 18,000 BTU, 240-volt mini-split system.
This is a labor-only project.
We already have:
• Indoor head unit
• Outdoor condenser
• Line set
• Electrical disconnect
• Equipment and major materials
Scope:
• Mount indoor unit
• Mount outdoor condenser
• Install line set
• Vacuum and commission system
• Complete startup and testing
Pay:
• $800 Labor
• Additional reimbursement for any approved materials needed beyond what is already supplied
Requirements:
• Experience installing mini-splits
• Own tools and vacuum pump
• Must be able to properly evacuate and commission system
• Reliable transportation
• Available within the next few days
