Are you a Contractor looking to break into real estate investing? Doing your own investing is more profitable than simply working on construction projects. We are a real estate investing funding group looking to work with you. We work with contractors because they already have expertise in doing various construction and rehab projects and therefore require less mentoring and supervision.
You find the deals and work on them, we finance them.
Experience in any of the contractor/construction areas would be ok (roofing specialists, siding, remodeling, plumbing, electrical, etc.). However, ideally being a general contractor (GC) with the ability to hire and manage subcontractors is the best skill set.
