AGGRESSIVE CONTRACT ATTORNEY NEEDED – TEXAS OIL & GAS FRAUD CASE (Webb County / Statewide)
We are NOT looking for a passive attorney who will sit on this case. We need a pit bull litigator who is ready to go after bad actors hard and fast. If you’re the type who loses sleep when defendants think they’ve gotten away with something — keep reading.
FiFrog (www.fifrog.com), a New York-based finance company, is pursuing aggressive legal action against an oil & gas company and its principals for fraud, breach of contract, and deceptive business practices. We need an experienced Texas attorney who can hit them from every angle simultaneously.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:
• File a formal complaint with the Texas Railroad Commission
• File a complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s Office
• File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
• File and litigate a civil lawsuit in Webb County District Court (and beyond if needed)
• Draft demand letters, motions, and supporting filings — fast and aggressive
• Keep us informed and keep the pressure on at every stage
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas — no exceptions
• Hands-on experience in oil & gas law, business litigation, or commercial fraud
• Someone who knows how to navigate the Railroad Commission and AG complaint process
• A self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding — you understand the assignment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus given the Webb County jurisdiction
COMPENSATION:
• TBD— invoiced and paid monthly based on billable hours and documented expenses
• Contract/freelance position — this is not a salaried role
These defendants need to be held fully accountable. If you have the experience, the drive, and the stomach for an aggressive multi-front legal battle, we want to hear from you.
