This position requires a can-do attitude and a willingness to do whatever needs to be done to help the team.

The ideal candidate must be professional, possess strong problem solving, organizational and customer service skills, and feel extremely comfortable figuring out computer and technical related problems with little assistance. This person must be comfortable solving complex problems and have a "can do" attitude. Experience is not a large consideration. We are looking for someone that is driven, highly organized, can work at a fast pace, and is ambitious.

This position has the responsibility to support the firm with all administrative duties for the practice.

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage projects (including implementing controls for scope, budget, vendors, risk, communication, resources, etc.);

2. Manage remote offices and assist in the day-to-day operations of those locations;

3. Oversee daily & weekly maintenance of office machines;

4. Office supply management;

5. Manage the admin. budget for the Firm;

6. Communicate with landlord;

7. Maintain computer, internet and technology services;

8. Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment;

9. Supervise the sorting and distribution of mail and faxes daily;

10. Ensure that the overall appearance of the office is strong;

11. Set up procedures for client meetings and ensure all client administrative needs are met;

12. Oversee and maintain the appearance and upkeep of the firm and its technology;

13. Assist lawyers and paralegals with technical support and technology related issues;

14. Act as a liaison with clients, suppliers, and other staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required;

Prior law firm experience preferred but not required;

Ability to manage complex projects and multiple team members;

Excellent organizational skills;

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

Tech savvy;

Capable of meeting difficult goals and functioning at an extremely high-level in a very fast-paced environment.
