Social Media Marketing & Database Manager (Steck & Mopac)

compensation: Commensurate with experience

Entry Level - The Marketing Project Manager will engage in all aspects of our organization to assist and enable sales, marketing, and management with marketing and data-centric duties. On a daily basis will perform and manage projects with management, clients, and staff relating to metrics, and data archiving, and management.

This position requires a high level of confidentiality, the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally, excellent time and project management skills, as well as mastery of skills relating to social network advertising, and management of subcontractors located overseas will be a daily occurrence.

Primary Product Knowledge/ Duties Include:

-Forms, Fuzzy lookup, comparisons

-Pivot tables

-Lookup data research and preparation/management

-Analysis

-Reports

-Data management

The daily duties include, but are not limited to the following activities:

-Receiving, 'cleaning', organizing, and preparing data for use in various applications

-Exporting lists and sales activities from various applications, including Salesforce.com and our own internal CRM and other tools; Access, Excel, Google.

- knowing/learning how to use VanillaSoft- a sales engagement software

-Plan, assign, distribute, and manage projects with overseas researchers

-Design, create, manage, report, organize and maintain a database

-Assisting staff with use of applications as well as support of general IT matters such as web access, email, application training, SharePoint, Salesforce.com and other 3rd party applications.

-Provide reporting to management on staff metrics and performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

-College degree preferred and at least 2 years of experience in these areas

-Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, esp. Excel and Access

-Exceptional organization, time-management skills. Multi-tasking is essential

-Punctual, reliable and dedicated

-Maintain a professional appearance and professional demeanor

-Must be cordial and responsive in dealing with clients, employees and vendors

Salary starting in the $30,000's/year - commensurate with experience.
