Warehouse Associate – Pflugerville, TX
$20–$22 per hour

Position Overview:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling all aspects of shipping and receiving, from verifying and documenting deliveries to preparing items for shipment. This role involves maintaining accurate records and supporting quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipping and receiving operations, including loading/unloading semi-trucks, UPS, and FedEx vehicles
• Manage documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments; package and prepare LTL shipments with proper paperwork
• Route materials effectively to staging or shipping areas
• Assist with valve automation and assembly as instructed
• Safely operate forklifts (certification preferred)
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software to track shipments and communicate internally and externally
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety policies, encouraging compliance among team members
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Proficient with warehouse tools and equipment; forklift experience required
• Experience with SAP or material resource planning/production control systems
• Mechanically inclined; familiarity with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems is advantageous

Physical Demands:

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hand/finger dexterity
• Occasional balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crawling
• Regular requirements for talking, hearing, and visual tasks (reading technical documents, keyboard use)
• Occasionally required to lift, push, or carry up to 25 pounds
• Occasional exposure to moving machinery, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and outside weather conditions
• Possible exposure to loud noises from tools and equipment
