CNC Programmer Lead – VCarve Experience Required ($30-$35/hr)

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer Lead to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Manor, TX area.
Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Sunday: 12 hours
Monday: 12 hours
Tuesday: 12 hours
Wednesday: 6 hours
This leadership position requires flexibility to overlap and support both A and B shifts.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Extensive experience with VCarve software (required)
CNC Router programming
Woodworking and wood manufacturing experience (required)
Supervising or leading production employees
Creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs
Reading blueprints and technical drawings
Troubleshooting CNC equipment and production issues
Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Candidate
We're looking for someone who has worked in a woodworking manufacturing environment and has successfully led CNC operators while programming and improving production processes.
If you have hands-on experience with VCarve and have supervised a CNC production team, we want to hear from you.
