The Testing Technician will be responsible for testing, maintaining, assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing computer equipment within a production setting. Key Responsibilities
• Test computer systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Perform assembly, troubleshooting, and repair of computer components
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify product quality
• Follow verbal and written instructions for testing procedures
• Operate tools and equipment used in computer assembly and diagnostics
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Work independently with limited supervision when required
• Support production line processes and workflow
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and basic software functions
• Ability to identify computer components and parts
• Experience working in a production or assembly environment is a plus
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer competency and familiarity with systems or gaming platforms is a plus

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• A+ Certification (preferred but not required)
• Network+ Certification (preferred but not required)
• Mechanically inclined with technical aptitude
• Experience with computer systems or components preferred
• Experience with networking, RAID controllers, or switches is a plus
• Work Authorization Requirement:
Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents and authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required prior to employment.

Pre-Employment Requirements
Candidates selected for this position must successfully complete the following:
Background Check
• No felonies within the past 8 years
• Felonies related to theft, assault, or sexual offenses are not permitted
• Misdemeanors involving theft, assault, or family violence must be reviewed prior to candidate submission
Drug Screening
• Must pass a drug screening
Resume Requirement
• Candidates must provide a current resume or summary of work history
• All resumes will be vetted by Better Business Staffing prior to submission
• Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour shift)
Break Schedule
• Morning Break – 15 minutes (paid)
• Lunch – 30 minutes (unpaid, punch out)
• Afternoon Break – 15 minutes (paid)

Attendance & Communication Expectations
Employees must notify Better Business Staffing (BBS) or their on-site supervisor immediately if:
• Running late
• Experiencing an emergency or doctor’s appointment
• Unable to report to work
• Any unexpected situation affecting attendance
