As a Thermoforming Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality custom products by operating specialized thermoforming equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring exceptional quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing operations. The Thermoforming Machine Operator is responsible for operating vacuum-forming equipment used to create high-quality plastic components, letters, and custom products. Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Salary Range: $22.06 To $26.54 Hourly, (DOE)
• Overtime available as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate thermoforming and vacuum-forming equipment according to production requirements.
• Review work orders and production schedules to ensure job specifications are met.
• Set up molds and tooling to maximize material utilization and production efficiency.
• Locate and position molds on press plates according to production specifications.
• Load and position plastic sheets onto forming equipment.
• Monitor machine temperatures and forming processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Remove formed products and trim materials according to work order specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Identify and report equipment, mold, or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Properly store molds, tools, and production materials.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production and quality goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience working in a production, warehouse, fabrication, or industrial environment.
• Thermoforming, vacuum-forming, plastics manufacturing, CNC, fabrication, or machine operation experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic required.
Pre-Employment Requirements

• Must successfully pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions within the past seven (7) years.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

• Must demonstrate reliable attendance, dependability, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Must comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat generated by operating equipment.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and production equipment.
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
