The serial numbers on the keystone badges put this kit in production in 1966.
The shells are in great shape and sound really good! 3 ply Mahogany with the white interiors. All the hardware is original and fully functional.
The wrap is not original. It looks to be a professional job, very nicely done.
The bass drum is a "New Yorker" 22x12, which sounds excellent!
3ply 60s kits are selling on reverb for around $2500, more if they have a rare wrap. Obviously the re-wrap puts this kit in "players" kit territory, so it's priced at about half of what it could fetch with an original wrap.
If you want a great sounding kit to play with and don't care about it being in a museum, this one's for you.
