Brand new straight out the box and unused. I bought a new Fender Strat that came with this Deluxe molded case...these are Fender's top of the line cases. I am not a case person however and am selling it. These are currently selling for $240...with tax you are looking at around $260. You can get this brand new one for $200 which is a good deal. The keys to lock it are included.
