This cab was hand-built by a cabinet maker in Ohio to match my Soldano in physical specs but with special dual 2x12" split sound chambers, each chamber is fully insulated, and the single 4x12" cab works like having two 2x12" cabs stacked together for a tighter sound than a standard 4x12" design. The speakers are matched quad of the original Weber British Classic C1230-55 with the vintage "pre-Rola Doping" treatment and British Kurt-Mueller ribbed 55hz cloth surround cone, THE true vintage Celestion G12H-30 Tone, 1-3/4″ voice coil, ordered in 8-ohm version so that each 2x12" split is wired for 16 ohms, and combined Dual 2x12" at 8 ohms. These speakers feature a 50-ounce massive speaker magnet, matched serial number/dates, and custom ordered from Weber with a fair wait time and approximately $200 each back in the days. The best G12H-30 that Celestion never made. You know it! The original Soldano logo came directly from Mike Soldano to match my Decatone at the time. This cab will make your amp come alive. Available for pick up in Downtown Austin by the University campus.
