A very rare bird and not the prettiest, but this little guy packs a punch. A loud 15 watts (2 x EL84) that can be dialed back to “bedroom volume” and maintain its tone from super-clean to a gnarly overdrive. Based on Vox / Matchless design, it can do some wild Trainwreck OD tones as well.

All hand wired, point-to-point, custom built and likely a one-of-a-kind. Tubes are 3-12AX7 (GT and JJ) 2-EL84 (GT) and GZ34S (JJ) rectifier. The output transformer is Mercury VXO-15A-L ($271 retail).

Chris Cordsen built amps and pedals in Central Texas until 2011 (best I can tell from the Cordsen Amplification Facebook page). Every once in a while, one will pop up on Reverb.com. Google it and you are sure to fine a few hits and videos of a Cordsen in action.

This amp works perfectly- I am selling this and other gear in order to downsize.
