Large lockout room needed. (south austin)

Current property was bought out by some corporate peeps and im in urgent need of as large of a room I can find. 17x17 or above would be ideal. South Atx?Buda up to central/east. I'll make it work if it's further away of course.
Doesn't have to be a treated room. I have panels.
Preferably 24hrs access and pretty secure but I will fortify as needed with my own surveillance and personal locks if allowed. Thanks in advance!
