Working band looking for a funky bass player. Preferably with vocals. We are currently a 4 piece with guitar, keys, bass and drummer. All of us sing.
We all have day jobs and personal commitments outside of the band so are satisfied playing 1-3x/month. We are looking for someone who is fine with playing that amount. We are not looking for someone who is playing in several projects and is doing the first come first served thing.
No travel outside of the Austin – San Antonio area. Minimum rehearsals in 78704.
Our music is funk, rock and soul. Some originals but mostly covers of The Meters, John Cleary, The Neville Brothers, Scary Pockets, Lucky Peterson, Marc Broussard, Mingo Fishtrap….
