We are looking for a detail-oriented office assistant/manager. Looking or someone that has office experience, experience in construction/maintenance is a plus. Thick skin required (working with all men in construction). We are a commercial facility maintenance company working with a large grocery store chain. This is an in-office position. At the moment this is a 1099 position, paid weekly. 30 hours per week in office. Compensation DOE.
Your job will include:
*Creating and sending invoices
*Processing payroll
*Bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
*AP/AR follow up
*Keeping up with all incoming work orders and dispatch accordingly to proper technicians
*Creating budgets and balancing books
*Handling travel plans
*Personal assistant duties for owner
*Running office related errands
Requirements:
*Valid DL and transportation required
*QuickBooks
*Bookkeeping
*Salesforce (a plus if you have used before)
*Customer Service Experience
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to multitask
