If you’ve ever helped in a construction office during bid time — building bid tabs, calling subcontractors, clarifying scopes, organizing numbers, tracking details — we want to meet you.
🔎 What We’re Looking For:
You might be a fit if you:
✔️ Have experience assisting with construction estimates
✔️ Know your way around blueprints and specs
✔️ Have helped build bid tabs or called contractors to gather pricing
✔️ Understand how chaotic (and exciting!) bid day can be
✔️ Love details… and then double-check those details
✔️ Take excellent notes
✔️ Follow up like a pro
✔️ Are highly organized and extremely computer-savvy
HVAC industry familiarity is a plus — but not required.
Construction bidding experience is what matters most.
🏗 The Role:
This is an Assistant Estimating / Administrative role supporting:
• Senior Estimator
• Service Department
• Contracts Team
You’ll be the glue that keeps numbers organized, deadlines tight, and information flowing.
