*Just blindly submitting a resume without answering the questions at the bottom, means an automatic denial. Read through the description if this intrigues you and give me a few thoughtful answers. Thank you for your time.
You are part of the client experience Think from the Bellhop to the top chef at a Ritz Carlton, you are bought in. Same at Disney World where you have to smile at anyone who is within 8 feet of you as you are part of the cast. Starting with that perspective, I’m looking for a caring, thoughtful, yet detailed executive assistant who also is good with handling some personal items (like booking health checkups for our 4.5 year old daughter, or helping find the perfect gift).
I need someone super smart, sharp, passionate and talented with a great attitude who’s a pro, but is a good human and someone pleasant to be around. No stiffies. Someone who is detail oriented, has a very high standard of excellence and wants to make the world a better place, enriching the lives of others along the way. I want someone who’s humble, teachable, and determined. Someone who likes growing. If you’re also interested in psychology, peak performance, longevity, trauma healing, and more, that can be a bonus.
What I do: help high performing leaders, executives, and even MD’s rewire their subconscious by working through the deepest layers of trauma, mental health challenges, relational challenges, and gain access to their best selves. I use a variety of modalities and tools to get there. I also train other facilitators/coaches/therapists to do the same. The process I stumbled upon is what helped my wife get cured (and yes I don’t use that word lightly) of deep clinical depression after we had our baby. She’s a multiple time suicide survivor from a crazy traumatic childhood.
I use a combination of NLP, somatic healing, advanced parts psychology, metabolic health optimization, and other sacred medicines. I also am an author and speaker, with my 2nd book in the works for 2026.
Character traits (These are Musts):
Get it Done Attitude
Detail Oriented
High Integrity
Self-Disciplined
Caring Demeanor
Committed & Determined
Consistently Positive Attitude & Solution Oriented
Excellent Team Player
Continual Learner
Humility
Must not:
Be satisfied with “good enough.”
Baggage Carrier: Carry personal baggage and issues into work that prevent you from showing up with your gameface on. Yes occasionally stuff happens, but it cannot be frequent.
Time puncher. This is more than a job/business to us. We want to change the world and make it a better place. We are making a difference in the world and you will be the magnifier of that voice. If you don’t care enough, your creative potential will be diminished and we will receive far from the best from you.
No Bullshit-I don’t want to hear the story of why things didn’t or can’t get done. Let’s fine a way to make it happen.
Roles: Yes, you will have some traditional executive assistant type roles such as but not limited to:
Scheduling and handling travel coordination details.
Coordinating/booking client sessions (white glove, high touch, high caliber experience with clients as they are used to a white glove experience).
Scheduling meetings and calendar details for events.
Responding to emails.
Retreat and client experience management.
Coordinating vendor details for events.
Managing some domestic items (occasional personal shopping, organizing, coordinating cleaners etc).
Shopping for friends, clients, and me (thoughtful gifts etc).
Other Needs/Wants:
The ability to travel domestically and possibly internationally occasionally if needed.
A reliable computer. Or one could be supplied.
Social media savvy is a definite plus.
Tech savvy-is a plus. If you hate figuring that stuff out, this probably isn’t the right role for you.
You will be involved in helping me help create deep and lasting change in high performing leaders and MD’s in their deepest layers of their subconscious.
I want someone who would want this position long term.
*You will also work remotely from your home or a co-working space mostly.
Your salary and pay and hours:
TBD: I would imagine we’ll be at $35-$40 p/hr or more.
Currently I’m only estimating that I need roughly 20 hours p/week but I could be wrong and I’m open to more.
I am protective about time off and downtime though so I will seek to do the same, however, if something’s on a tight deadline, then I will expect that you’ll work longer hours if it wasn’t able to be accomplished earlier. Also, I am much more flexible than normal employers-you want a long weekend here and there, that’s cool as long as it’s planned out and balls aren’t dropped. Two weeks of vacation plus long weekends here and there is more than cool.
Interviews will start at or after January 20th for top candidates.
