We are seeking a highly proactive and experienced Assistant Manager to join a 242-unit apartment community in Austin, Texas. This position requires someone who is organized, confident, leasing-driven, and strong in collections.
The ideal candidate will have prior multifamily experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced property environment that requires follow-up, accountability, resident communication, and strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who does not wait to be told what to do, but instead takes initiative, follows through, and helps keep the office and property operations moving in the right direction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the Community Manager with daily property operations.
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
A proactive personality and willingness to take initiative.
Confidence speaking with residents about past-due balances and lease obligations.
Ability to work well with residents, staff, vendors, and management.
Experience with multifamily property management software preferred.
