As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Office Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, helping customers, and supporting a fast-paced service business.

What You’ll Do
* Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
* Schedule service appointments and coordinate technicians’ daily routes.
* Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
* Prepare estimates, work orders, invoices, and customer agreements.
* Process customer payments and assist with accounts receivable.
* Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system.
* Coordinate with field technicians to ensure efficient communication and scheduling.
* Order office supplies, equipment, and job materials.
* Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media, online reviews, and customer follow-up.
* Support management with administrative projects, reporting, and document organization.
* Follow up with customers regarding completed work, ongoing projects, and service satisfaction.
* Help maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1–3 years of administrative or office experience preferred.
* Experience in construction, service, or home services is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
* Experience with CRM or service management software (ServiceTitan, Pool Brain, Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus.
* Valid driver’s license required.
* Pool industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
* $18.00–$23.00 per hour
* 35–45 hours per week
* Full-time position
