General contractor specializing in commercial interior finish-out projects. Our work spans office, retail, and specialty interiors, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects on schedule. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team and help keep our projects running smoothly.

Role Overview:
The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials, finishes, and equipment for multiple interior construction projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, vendor management, and a solid understanding of construction project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of materials, fixtures, and finishes from bid stage through project completion.

Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.

Track lead times and coordinate delivery schedules with project managers and site teams.

Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.

Maintain procurement logs, tool logs and update project teams regularly on status.

Resolve discrepancies in shipments, invoices, or material quality.

Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (construction industry preferred).

Knowledge of commercial interior finish-out materials (flooring, lighting, millwork, MEP components, etc.) is a plus.

Strong communication, Bilingual and negotiation skills.

Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and construction management software (Procore, or similar) a plus.
