We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our collision repair team. This role is critical to ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop meeting safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and our commitment to top-tier workmanship.
Responsibilities include:
Performing final quality inspections on repaired vehicles
Conducting pre- and post-repair diagnostic scans and documenting results
Verifying repairs meet OEM and industry standards
Checking fit, finish, paint quality, and overall workmanship
Confirming all repairs listed on the work order are completed correctly
Identifying issues and coordinating corrections with technicians
Ensuring vehicles are safe, clean, and customer-ready at delivery
Documenting inspection and scan results and communicating clearly with staff
Qualifications:
Experience in collision repair, automotive inspection, or quality control preferred
Familiarity with diagnostic scanning tools and procedures
Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
Ability to identify cosmetic, structural, and safety concerns
Good communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license
Reliable, punctual, and professional
