IMPORTANT: Candidates must have experience in the construction and/or building industry to be considered. This role is heavily logistics focused and requires in-depth knowledge of construction, fabrication and supply chain management.
Austin Moss Creations builds transformative moss walls and biophilic installations for hotels, wellness studios, healthcare spaces, commercial and residential interiors nationwide. We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager with deep experience in construction and operations to lead project delivery from quote to install.
This is a hands-on role for a systems-minded, construction-savvy operator who thrives on coordinating teams, managing vendors, overseeing timelines, and keeping everything running smoothly.
🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For
+ Project Execution- Run point for every phase from signed proposal to install
+ Coordinate timelines, deliverables, team tasks, and dependencies
+ Construction Oversight
+ Oversee fabrication schedules and site prep for installations
+ Coordinate with contractors, shippers and installers when needed
🤝 Vendor & Client Interface
+ Manage relationships with vendors, material partners, shipping contacts, and customers
+ Represent the company in a polished, proactive, and professional way
📊 Inventory & Logistics
+ Own and manage procurement, material inventory, and install readiness
+ Track what’s used and what’s needed across multiple concurrent projects
🧠 Workflow Systems
+ Use and improve our CRM (GoHighLevel) for production tracking and task management
+ Ensure milestones are met, and bottlenecks are flagged early
🧍 On-Site Presence
+ Be present in-person, 5 days per week at our Austin studio
+ Keep pulse on materials, team momentum, and job readiness
✅ What We’re Looking For
5+ years in Project Management, with a proven record of owning complex timelines and deliverables
5+ years in construction or build-related fields — you understand how projects move from drawing to reality
Experience working with or leading multidisciplinary teams — creatives, fabricators, vendors, installers
Strong operational skills: procurement, inventory control, shipping coordination
CRM experience: GoHighLevel, Monday, Hubspot, or equivalent
Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, excellent communicator

Have worked in custom fabrication, live installs, or creative interior work
Can read architectural drawings or work with teams that do
Bring a natural eye for detail and process improvement
