We're looking for a Swiss Army Knife style EA/PA for an always-on-the-move CEO based in Austin. Ideal candidate will have five years of experience as an EA/PA of a c-suite team.
Excellent candidates will have/will be:
• All star level of attention to detail and urgency
• Next level organization skills - at work, in life. This means you can organize a physical space quickly as well as have all the digital files organized in notion with a backup in Google Drive
• Excellent communication skills - you use iMessage, g-suite, notion and slack with ease. You know the difference between following up and following through
• You are a techie at heart - you can reprogram the tv remote, you know how to reset passwords, you've used LastPass or can quickly learn it, you use ChatGPT
• Comfortable working with the CEO at home and at the office
Projects or tasks you might work on:
• Purchasing supplies or products the CEO requests
• Managing calendars, calls and appointments
• Travel planning for airline tickets, hotels, airbnb's, etc
• Email correspondence
• Planning and overseeing in person events, like dinner parties, holiday events, upkeep and budgets of these events
• Researching vendors
