We are seeking an Independent Contractor to work 21-25 hours a week at our office in Lakeway to assist with tasks and project management. The list includes project management of the following:
• Assisting the Executive Team of the company with projects that need to be finalized
• Fielding phone calls and correspondences.
• Various administrative tasks.
This will be a set schedule Monday to Friday with about 21-25 total hours falling between Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, Project to last 30-60 days with potential to grow into a permanent position in this or another one of our departments.
o Must have a steady job history.
o Must be able to learn on the job.
o Must be personable and love speaking with people
o Must have intermediate-executive assistant skill set.
o Must be a problem solver.
o Must be a self-starter with the ability to follow through.
o Must be able to highly detailed.
o Must be reliable with own transportation.
