Round Rock collection agency is looking for a collector to add to our staff. We offer the following:
$16.00 per hour to start plus commissions and Bonus's (our collectors average $3000 to $6000 per month in total earnings)
We offer enrollment in our health plan as well as paid holidays and paid vacation after probation period.
You will have a private office and will receive all the training you need to become successful.
There are no nights and weekends last shift ends at 5:30pm we do have some flexibility with schedules.
We do not drug test and only run a very limited background check.
What we are looking for:
We do prefer some kind of collection experience. It is not mandatory though.
We do prefer you have prior experience working on the phones in sales or customer service etc.
You really need to have the desire to make money well beyond the hourly wage.
