This craftsman style house is in the middle of the lot surrounded by other charming commercial houses that subsequently acts as a sound barrier to traffic noise. It is located between W 6th and 5th St and West Lynn and has FREE parking. Quick access to and from Mopac and downtown, close to Lady Bird Lake. This house also features a recent updated lovely patio to sip coffee and take it all in! Prime location in the heart of Austin! Location, location, location! Our Wellness Center has been established in the Austin area since 2000 and relocated to this location since 2018!
The room available is partially furnished with a retail shelf, a portable massage table a storage cabinet and a large neutral colored area rug.
There are total of 4 rooms plus shared common space which includes the reception area, recently renovated bathroom and kitchenette and features original refinished wood floors and doors/hardware. The other rooms are occupied by independently established wellness specialists such as chiropractor/ dietitian, esthetician and massage therapists of various practices. Great networking as well!
