I have a space for rent on the 2nd floor of my business. The main room is about 10x6 and well lit with 3 windows and wood floors. It includes it's own private bathroom and an additional small room with a built in desk. Rent includes all utilities, wifi and one reserved parking space. We are located downtown in a very quiet area surrounded by office, lawyers, therapists etc. There is metered street parking for guests and it is always available. We are in a slightly hidden, older, stand alone building, surrounded by big trees and very peaceful. We are a small beauty team of 3 working downstairs.
