Ember is currently in a foster home but cannot stay much longer. She was dumped on a country road and stayed there waiting for her people for 1-2 weeks, then spent almost a month in the shelter, and has been in foster care since late January. She had an embedded collar injury when she arrived in foster care, but it has healed now. Her previous owners probably removed the embedded collar just before dumping her.
Can you be the next and final home for her, teaching her that people are patient and kind?
