Needing to rehome bonded Pomeranian pair

Unfortunately I am looking to rehome my pair of Pomeranians. I would really love for them to go together and preferably to a home that is familiar with the breed or at least the grooming and care needed for them. Cookie (male) is 9 pounds and 4 years old. He is a smart and cuddly guy. He is up to date on shots and neutered. Sweetie (female) is about 4 pounds and 3 years old. She is a real sweet heart but will need to her shots updated as I haven't gotten to that yet this year. They are both kennel trained and house broken and have been raised with kids and other pets, but may not do well in a home with bigger dogs. I'm really not sure. They love walks but are sometimes unsure about other dogs. They would love to have a secure backyard to play in as well!
