I am caring for 6 female kittens (approx. 10 weeks old) whose mother unfortunately tested positive for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and was euthanized three weeks ago. The kittens are playful, eating, and drinking completely on their own, but their FeLV status is currently unknown.
STRICT ADOPTION/TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS:
MUST BE ADOPTED IN PAIRS: These kittens lost their mother young and rely on each other for comfort, safety, and socialization. I will not separate them into single cats.
RESCUES & SANCTUARIES PREFERRED: Looking for dedicated cat rescue groups or sanctuaries equipped to handle potential FeLV-positive litters.
SERIOUS, RESPONSIBLE ADOPTERS ONLY: No rehoming fee, but you MUST meet me at a veterinary clinic of your choice and cover the cost of their rapid blood tests (approx. $25 per kitten, takes about 15 minutes). If they test clear or if you are a dedicated FeLV-equipped home/rescue ready to take them after results, they are yours.
NO TEENAGERS OR UNPREPARED OWNERS. Do not message me unless you are a serious, responsible adult ready for the medical and attention needs of a pair of kittens.
