Includes 3 Manfrotto ALU-CORE aluminum cores (2-piece construction), designed for 9’ background rolls (approx. 50mm / 2” diameter).
These aluminum cores are the most important part of the system — they keep heavy paper rolls perfectly straight and rigid, preventing sagging, bending, or curling due to weight, humidity, or time.
Without proper cores, background paper can deform easily, often leading to wasted rolls costing nearly $100 each.
With ALU-CORE, paper stays stable, flat, and reusable — saving both money and replacement hassle.
Designed to work with standard Expan drive systems.
