Random car living spots in Austin are chaotic, especially in 104 degree heat. House Park, Epoch Coffee, Walmart, and State Cemetery boondocking are free but always one knock away from wake up, possible arrest, or even violent and dangerous situations.
Good if you can add to the already good vibe. Great block and built in block community with literally all levels and kinds of people passing through (from Porsches to horses).
You need to be a stable, no-drama person that needs a safe basecamp with a neighborhood feel — not a parking lot.
Also, rooms come up and there may be a path to grab a room if desired.
