B&M torque converter lockup controller. I bought it for a 700r4 but decided to go with a different transmission so it was hardly used but I can confirm it works well. Comes with the analog to digital adapter.

Will work with any of these:
- 700R4
- TH350C
- 4L60
- 200-4R/R4
