Job Summary
Work in a team environment and have responsibility for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients.
Market our services via telephone and in person
Conducting in-person interviews with potential candidates.
Recruiting, interviewing and matching highly skilled leasing and maintenance professionals with clients' projects, temporary assignments and temporary to full-time opportunities
Managing ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
Providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
Participating in local trade association and networking events to increase our presence in the local business community.
Preferred Qualifications-
Staffing and Recruiting experience
Apartment Industry experience/knowledge
Bilingual a plus
Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge and familiarity with office operations
Phone etiquette
High School Diploma or Equivalent
