Responsibilities:
• Advertise units and negotiate lease terms
• Perform resident screenings
• Act as liaison between residents and property owner
• Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
• Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints
• Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Supervisor
• Create, train, mentor and manage a cohesive staff
Qualifications:
• 2+ years industry experience in property management
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and industry software
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a definite plus
