Cool pro east downtown HQ - have master suites, and also have two bunks in garage workshop. Looking for cool people for the summer - leaving to LA. You obviously have full house access too, but there's also small kitchen, TV and couch in workshop. It's really all about location. It's for someone who needs to be in urban core but want a cool house/community/situation.

No boozers or drugs. Nice cars and nice things on property, works out cool for someone who want cheap/cool HQ at cool spot with cool energy. Work from home types, quiet, clean custom home. Not much room for storage. Looking for someone packing light.

Garage is large with two bunks, AC, private entrance, great backyard, great location.
