A little intro:
I attended one of the top massage schools in Central Texas, where I received hands-on training in therapeutic techniques, body mechanics, hydrotherapy, cupping and client-centered care.
I’m easy to get along with, professional, and committed to making every client feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. I’m able to adapt to each person’s needs, whether they’re looking to relax, relieve pain, reduce stress, or address specific areas of tension.
*as for appointment times, please be punctual, you can come early and hang out on the couch and read or watch tv or something. But that’s never had to happen lol.
But post-bodywork, you’re welcome to sit down out on the couch because “massage drunk” is a thing. So if you need a minute, just say so. Especially because you have to go down a set of stairs as soon as you walk out the door since I’m on second floor.
So I refer to my work as Body Work. It’s not just a rub. It more so incorporates everything I’ve learned plus what your body can tell and/or teach me.
My goal is simple: to provide a personalized experience that helps you feel better, move better, and leave refreshed.
