Did you know that people with a sole proprietorship or partnership owe estimated self-employment taxes per quarter?

Did you know that if you have an LLC in Texas, you have a responsibility to file franchise tax paperwork?

Do you know what the difference is between a contract employee and a W-2 employee? And when to hire which?

My name is Amanda and I've been a bookkeeper here in central Texas for the past 12 years. I started my own business in bookkeeping after graduating from UT Austin in 2008. I've been in business, very successfully, for the past 8 years helping people just like you to get their books in order and create processes and procedures that work for their individual company.

Each company is different. Some firms want to give you in-the-box bookkeeping; kind of a one size fits all bookkeeping. Some firms think they know more about the company than the owner. To achieve proper balance, the bookkeeper and owner need to work together. I know bookkeeping. You know your company. When we put our skills together, your company can go anywhere and achieve anything!

I am QuickBooks Pro Advisor certified.
