Contract Bookkeeper - Onsite or Remote

I am a full charge bookkeeper with an Associate's in Business/Accounting and 15+ years of experience, including setting up companies (including payroll), and taking over existing account with little to no adjustment from previous processes. I have proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Pro and Online versions, which includes a certification as an Advanced Quickbooks ProAdvisor. I also have experience with transferring company files from QB Online to Xero, and comfortable using that platform as well. Experience in working with multiple entities/companies. Extensive experience with Google Docs, MS Office programs and all aspects of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes. Can perform all payroll related functions including monthly, quarterly and annual payroll tax payments, processing year-end tax documents (1099 and W2). HR functions that include assist with yearly open enrollment for insurance policies, and price new benefit policies for companies who have not yet offered benefits previously.

This would be a contract 1099 hire, so no need for you to worry about paying additional payroll taxes.

Here is what I can offer -
*Complete accounting and HR support, including payroll and tax reporting on an as needed basis.

*Handle all A/R and A/P functions as well as bank and credit card reconciliations on a remote basis. Able to meet via web for weekly or monthly reviews of financials

*Assess and consult on current bookkeeping and accounting processes to help make more efficient for your company, and would work with your staff to train and implement new practices. Can train or mentor on-site employees on how to best use daily accounting functions.

*Assist start-ups or individuals set up their books and handle until a full-time employee is needed.

*Would work with CPA to assist and prepare tax returns.

*Have experience in inventory management and purchasing as well. Can advise or assist with inventory control.

Ideally, I am hoping to help those who are great at the "big picture" of running a company, and just need help to take care of the details that most business owners are too busy to deal with but do not want to bring on a full/part-time employee. I want your business to succeed and thrive!
