I'm Nate, just moved up to the area and looking to keep myself busy.
Experienced Contractor and Maintenance/Handyman, no job too small.
The uploaded pictures are jobs I've done on my own (1-man) and most in less than a week (some in just 1 day).
There's also a list/sheet of everything I can do, though some of those would require more than just myself.
Gonna post some generic pricing to illustrate how much you can save with me:
PowerWash: $0.50/sf
Gutters: $7/lf
Gutter Clean: $2/lf
Siding: $200/sheet
Sunscreens: $50/standard
Deck/OSB: $75/sheet
Lattice: $5/sf
Light/Outlet: $50/each
Cabling: $1/lf
Drops: $25/each
Fence Post: $60/each
Fence Fix/Reset: $75/8×6
Fence Replace/Build: $200/8×6
TV Mount: $50/each
Smart Home/Device: $25/each
I also do plumbing and other various indoor maintenance, but those usually require an actual visit to suss out.
Service calls are $40 soon as I show up and cover the first hour of consult/work/estimating.
Again, these are basic/rough prices and assume single/individual jobs/visits/tasks/days. Bigger/more tasks mean I have room to make a deal and you get a discount.
