Professional Private Event Bartender – Austin (Gigs Only and virtual consult required)
$400 flat rate per event (details below). Virtual meeting required prior to booking to coordinate event details and expectations.
Professional bartender with 7+ years of experience available for private parties, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and special occasions in the Austin area.
I currently work full-time at a well-known classic cocktail bar in downtown Austin. I take pride in my craft, efficiency, and hospitality—creating a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable experience for guests while maintaining smooth bar service.
I am comfortable working independently as a solo bartender for private events, but I can also step in alongside an existing service team if needed.
I provide my own bartending tools. Client provides all liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and event-specific supplies unless otherwise discussed.
Whether you need service from an existing bar setup or help maintaining a smooth flow of drinks throughout your event, I’m happy to help make your gathering stress-free and professional.

Pricing:
$400 flat rate for up to a 6-hour event window. Rate may vary depending on guest count, complexity of service, and any required overtime.
Deposit & Payment:
A 30% deposit is required to secure all bookings and reserve your date. The deposit will be applied toward the final balance. Remaining payment is due prior to or at the start of the event.
Additional Services:
I also offer cocktail menu planning and event bar consulting, including custom signature cocktails, seasonal drink menus, and assistance determining quantities and spirits for your event.
Menu planning and consultation are available upon request. A virtual consultation may be required for planning.
